I'm sure these things will most likely be for internal consumption, so what does it matter? Even if they do get it certified for export, people always have the option of not buying it and buying the real thing. The Atom is illegal here and I'm pretty sure it's illegal in most states anyways, except for perhaps pure track duty. It's not anyone will mistake it for the genuine article. I'm mean, the thing is a "Mickey Mouse" version. It's not even a good copy.
