  • Test drove 6 exotics today

I went to the world class driving event today and was able to drive 6 exoctics cars.

    ferrari F430
    Lamborghini Gallardo
    Covertte Z06
    Bently GT
    Maserati
    porsche 911

It was amazing, I was able to drive each car for 30 miles each around back country roads of Aurora. The Corvette, ferrari, and the Lamborghini is just amazing. My favorie was the Ferrari, the mystic is real. It's just a intuitive car to drive. I just thought the car was plugged into mu brain, the sound smell drive train is just meshed together so well, just unreal.

I love the S2K but it is no Ferrari, anyone even argue that point have never driven one. The second favorite is teh Lamborghini, very powerful and very close to the Ferrai but just does not have that little bit of connection. Raw is the word for, like driving a angry bull... loved it.

The Corvette is awsome the power is scarey, you have to be very careful with the car, pure torque and HP teh shifting is a little bulky and teh clutch long, teh steering is a little light for my taste. But a awsome car, prbably will be my next car.

But I am now a Ferrai fan for life now. while before I just they are overpriced Euro- fashion statement. The car is just amazing, I am still stunned.

I envy you. The ferrari is my dream car but there is not way I would ever be able to afford it. I have thought about a Z06 because I feel it is as close as you can get to a super car for the price.

The next time you're in San Diego, I can get you 3 of those for $100 each as I do work for a Porsche racing shop and I have a tax client right next door that is a Ferrari/Lamborghini shop. So far, I've gotten to drive a Porsche GT3, Cayman S with 400 HP, and a Lambo Murcielago...for free!!

I would absolutely be elated if I could drive a Lamborghini in this lifetime. The closest I've gotten is sitting in and starting the engine of a Diablo (my favorite model) at Lamborghini Orange County. Could I take you up on this?

it was well worth the money, drove each car for 30 miles, met alot of great people and they provided us with some good food. The Lambo is really amazing just have that raw power, a bit of under steer in the tight corners (probably becuase of the 4 wheel drive). The Ferrai F340 is just amazing I am having teenage wet dreams about the car now, just the best machine I have ever drove. I have to seriously consider buying the Corvette now, just waiting for the the price to get back in line dealers are looking for 15 to 20k above list on the car. Maybe in about 2 year, I figure I can put up withe the S2K for another 2 ...hehe

I know my clients trust me to drive them, but I'm not sure about a stranger. They may think the liability is just way too much if something were to happen.

Speaking of driving exotics, I drove a very rare automobile last week, a 1967 Chevy pickup, 3-on-a-tree tranny, no power steering, no power brakes. My forearms and calves were screaming from the 10-minute test drive. The clutch was not hydraulic either...not a very fun thing to drive.
