Des Moines Iowa end of the year s2k meet

We had a great meet up last week in Omaha and now we want to try and have a Des Moines meet before the end of the year.

so far confirmed we have about 12. 5-6 omaha guys coming and 5-6 local dsm guys.

not bad for an end of the year meet.

the plan is meeting up. going for a short cruise. then pics at the lake. one of the local members is part owner of a sushi resturant so we are eating dinner there, then we are planning on crusing for a while then hitting the bars. (omaha guys are getting a hotel)

if the mn crew comes in town let me know. so we can figure out lodging. i can sleep about 3 comfortably at my place also.

the current plan is to grab lunch. hang out. go on a short ride, take pics. dinner later then they will be heading back to omaha.

lets meet at 12:00 at jordan creek mall on the back south east side by younkers.

theres plenty of resturants and things in the area and then we meet and then decide where to eat.

we have a pretty good sized group here of about 7-8 and omaha has another 7-8 now.

We got snowed in the weekend of the 13th. I hope your event turned out well.

nope unfortunately the event was cancelled due to rain.

have to probably wait until next year.

however we are maybe getting together a "WINTER BEATER" meet

omahas got a pretty fun go kart track and we might get a dinner and go karting outing together and drive our winter beaters.
