Indy Guys - Need advice

My dad is coming to town for the Brickyard 400 next weekend. He has a ticket to the truck and Busch races, but not the 400. I told him he should get there early friday and find a scalper with a seat near his friends but he won't listen. Anyway - his plan is to catch the race at a local sports bar. I don't really know Indy that well, so I'm looking for suggestions of places where we can watch the race - with sound - and have a bit to eat/drink. It doesn't really matter where in Indy, but I'm assuming closer to speedway would be good for him.

I know. I told him he'd be able to snag a decent seat, and probably near face value. He's stubborn... might be genetic

Boy, I think it will be hit and miss as far as finding a place that will show the race. Most people that actaully care about the race(Me, not included) will be AT the race. There will be a million people scalping seats. Stubborn or not, that is the way to go.
