  • When was the last time you drove your S2000?

Since it is winter and many are having S2000 withdrawal here in the midwest, I thought I'd start a thread about how long it has been since you drove your S2000.

I had mine put away for over a month (the longest I have gone with out driving it), but with the snow melted (mostly) and the sun out, and with a predicted high temp approaching 50 degrees, I took mine out today.

Any one esle get the chance to drive their S2000 lately?

About 15 mins ago! Took a quick trip to Auto Club to set up vacation travel to Europe next summer. We have great 70 degree weather right now so no problems taking the S out right now. Top down, wind in my hair, gotta love it...

However, when I go to Europe, I will go through S withdrawal as I will be over there for a month.

Just the other day. What is this "snow" thing you are talking about?

I last drove mine at the end of May 2002.
I'm still having major S2000 withdrawal. Obviously since I’m still around I’m a major fan of the car, the owners, and this club.

I too had to get mine out today karwath, it's so nice outside right now. Though I didn't know how nice it was going to be when I got in it this morning at 6:00 am. But boy did I get lucky. Then I got a rare house call, so I got to leave work and drive it even more. I think I may cut out early and do even more cruising; nice winter days are too rare in Indiana to not take advantage of.

My last drive was November 12th. Put her away for the winter.... My "S" has NEVER seen a salt covered road...! Can't wait to get her back-out. Sometime in March...?? Couple of small road trips in March & April..., then off to the "Dragon"...!

I last drove mine about 15 minutes ago. The weather is bad here in southern California too. The sun was so bright that I had to wear sunglasses and put a hat on while I drove with the top down! It was a little too chilly to be wearing my gym shorts, but I just got out of the gym and didn't want to change back into jeans.

I've only had the car a month, so I haven't put up the top yet. (The car does come with a top - doesn't it?)

575 miles on the odometer and counting.

Man reading these I feel guilty that I haven't had my car out for three weeks. I was going to drive it Monday after the family went home but it rained all day.

I am looking at this weekend and rain is in the forecast for Saturday and Sunday. Can you Imagine the Rose Parade with rain. I can't remember the last time. If you watch it and the sky is dry I will be driving.

                              I promise!
