I am tempted, but it looks like I will be in Chicago the days before, and either come back really, really late on Friday or early on Saturday. Either way I don't think I would make it to Austin in time, given it's another two hours just to get to you from Houston.

By when do you need to know?

By Wednesday evening before the drive would be fine. I'll want to print contact sheets w/ everyone's cell #'s, and would prefer not to do it Friday night. Hope you can make it!

Do we need to make hotel/motel reservations for Saturday night, or do we take our chances as we get there?

your call, but I'd recommend you make reservations.... I'll post local hotel info once we determine whether to stay in Bandera or Leakey.

              Greg/Chris,
I'm trying to reply to Chris's thread on the hill country ride, but it keeps telling me that I am using the wrong user id.
              Can you help me out.
              I'm interested.
not knowing that you are putting one together, I have started talking with Lucket Lowry, the GM at Roger Beasley Honda (San Marcos, where I bought my S2000) about putting together a fall tour, mimicking the fall colors tour.
Chris, being that you're doing it, I'll follow your lead.
A small plug for Roger Beasley Honda; I bought my car from them for the price that I was willing to pay, and they are a SUPER group of folks. They are the best so far.
The Garage manager Cody is very knowledgeable on the car and what he doesn't know, he finds out for me and replies back either by phone or e-mail.

                Denny,

Send me your details as requested in the S2000 Atlanta forum thread, and I'll get you registered plus send all the info. No dealer involvement w/ this one, it's just an informal weekend to enjoy the best roads in Texas w/ fellow sportscar enthusiasts. Hope you can make it!
