Hi All,
Been a couple of years since I've checked in - but that's what having a baby will do to you. Luckily I did NOT have to give up the '00 S2K in favor of an Odyssey (yet
I'm looking for a good shop in Houston to check out my transmission. It has some slop in it so that when you bump the car forward in 1st and then take your foot off the gas, it makes a noise. I tried it with the car turned off but left in gear, and pushing it backwards and forwards, the tranny definitely makes a noise. I took it to my local shop and he checked the drivetrain and it is not the CV joints or axel, he says the sound comes from the back of the transmission, close to where the driveshaft comes out.
So - any advice?
Cheers
James
